Paid plans, subscriptions, or credits are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. Misuse may result in suspension or forfeiture of credits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the services in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or your content, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
